#9 Drunkest City
#9 in Sexual Promiscuity
I've been to Buck Owens' Crystal Palace on a Friday Night Cougar Night, so that last one seems about right.
But the thrust of the report was to determine the "smartest" cities.
Bakersfield came in at 196.
They only rated 200 cities.
